What is the PTA?

At Belgrade British International Academy, we believe that a strong partnership between parents and teachers enriches the educational experience for all. Our Parent–Teacher Association (PTA) plays a key role in building a connected, supportive, and joyful school community.

The PTA is made up of enthusiastic parents and staff who work together to support school life beyond the classroom — creating opportunities for families to connect, strengthening communication, and helping bring special projects to life.

  • Support school-wide events and student activities
  • Create opportunities for families to connect and contribute
  • Facilitate open communication between parents and the school
  • Fundraise for special projects and enrichment programmes

Celebrating Our Community

Two of our most cherished community traditions are proudly organised by the PTA — bringing
families together and celebrating the cultural diversity that makes BBIA so special.

Christmas Fair
Held every December, the Christmas Fair transforms our school into a festive wonderland — with crafts, games, treats, and performances that bring the holiday spirit to life.
Family Day
Held each May, Family Day is a highlight of the school year. Families come together to host international food tables, share traditions, and enjoy an afternoon of fun activities, music, and games.

Get Involved

Together, we build not just a school, but a vibrant, welcoming community where every family belongs!

All parents and guardians are automatically part of the PTA and are warmly invited to take part — whether by volunteering, attending meetings, or simply offering ideas and encouragement. Every level of involvement is valued and appreciated.

  • Be actively involved in your child’s school experience
  • Connect with other families
  • Contribute your time, skills, or creativity to school life
